Terms and Conditions

Our services include beach volleyball training, tournaments, court bookings, and memberships. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways. Full payment must be made before participating in any service.

Court bookings and class reservations can be made online. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule or refund. In cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to change coaches, and refunds are not granted in these situations.

Memberships are non-transferable. Benefits such as free bookings or drinks are valid only during the active membership period.

Attendance at any Bali Volleyball Academy event or activity means you consent to being photographed or filmed and agree that BVA may publish those photos and videos for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and related communication purposes.

All content on our website—including logos, images, videos, and text—is the property of Bali Volleyball Academy or its partners and cannot be reproduced without permission.

We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from the use of our facilities. All participants must acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity. We are not responsible for participants' health or personal belongings.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
