CANCELLING

Courts, coaching, classes, tournaments and events can be cancelled free up to 3 hours before the start. Cancelled later than that, or not turning up, is charged in full and payable on your next visit. Moving a booking inside 3 hours counts as a cancellation.

BOOKING

You can book up to 9 days ahead. The shortest booking is one hour and the longest is three. Courts are booked per court: Rp 400.000 an hour for up to 8 players and Rp 100.000 for each extra player. Any length is the hourly price times the hours. Booked more than 2 hours ahead, each player pays their own share online and places not paid 2 hours before the start are charged to the booker; booked later, the person who books pays the whole court online. The players named on the booking fill its places. Each member on the booking takes Rp 100.000 an hour off, and with members on a guest never pays less than Rp 100.000 an hour. Fewer players than booked is not refunded.

ON THE SAND

Barefoot is normal. Shoes are not needed and nothing with a hard sole belongs on the courts. Children are welcome with an adult who stays responsible for them. Please bring no outside food or drink, the bar and cafe are there for that. Bins are at the side of every court.

FILMING

Our courts are filmed. Games are recorded and some are shown live. If you play here you will be on that footage.

GENERAL

BVA can refuse entry or ask somebody to leave. Tournaments and events take priority over ordinary court bookings, and we will tell you in advance if that affects a booking you have already made. Play at your own risk, and please do not play if you are unwell or injured.

These rules can change. The version shown when you book is the one that applies to that booking.

Our courts are filmed. Games are recorded and some are shown live so players and their families can watch. If you play here you will be on that footage. It is how the courts work and it is not something you can switch off, so please do not book if you are not comfortable with it.

Photos and clips of you. May we use photos and clips of you in BVA posts and advertising? Asked once; you can change it any time in your profile.

Yes, that is fine No, please do not

Date of birth

So we know which sessions suit you. Under 18 we also need a parent or guardian.
